Sorting Good Device -> Tape, or Tray (when shipping is Tray form)/Failed Device -> Reject Tray - Quality Inspection & 2D Inspection of Ball/Lead at Bump side surface and Quality Inspection of Marking side surface, both in-tape & in-tray can be applied.
- Extra small Package (up to 0.7mm x 0.7mm) can be exactly handled with full visual alignment (tape position included).
- Can be applied in two ways, Tray -> Inspection -> Tape and Tray -> Inspection -> Tray, depends on shipping form
