Typical product of the Business Unit is DLC (Diamond Like Carbon). DLC demands are from various area, and Hydrogen Free DLC can be supplied. We are proud that our DLC is the highest level in the industries. Also, we can supply dry etching system to remove the thin film without any chemical agents. Ion implantion is provided to enhance the substrate performance without dimensional change. Explosive Electron Emission System to emit the electron beam in wide area (60Φ) is possible to polish the surface homogeneously. These unique technology is enable to modify the substrates and we are ready to meet with the client's demands.
