Model P-482 is designed as an advanced Nagata seamless knitter, for knitting a variety of different types of knitting specifications using 8 actuators to produce a wide variety of patterns.
P482 is a stocking knitting machine to realize the various products needs as 3D knitting etc, with the control system using the air - cylinder and pulse motor, and as the various patterns needs with 8 actuators.
- In 4 feeds construction, the spiral pattern plus motif (boss) 1 color, in 2 feeds construction, both feeds spiral plus 3 colors motif (4 colors in plain base) are possible. Also pin hole protector is equipped in the change of 4 and 2 feedings.
- Stitches adjustments are possible without any partial limitation based on the foundamental cylinder movement controlled by the pulse motor, stitch height adjustment with multi - active air cylinder and high speed stitches (adding middle stitches). Stitches height and acting strokes are freely controled with single and multi acting program control.
- Stable knitting and various products specification response is possible with the equipment of the new sinker cap controled by the pulse motor, and the realization of sinker cam stable control.
- Memorization of 4 patterns and 4 sizes (styles) is realized. Also the memorization of the data changes as stitch, speed, course number, thread guides are possible with touch panel operation.
